TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We rented two bounce houses a month in advance from them. They told us when we offered to pay on the spot that they would only accept cash upon delivery. We collected the cash and they never showed up. When we called to ask why they canceled our reservation, they told us it was because we never paid, even though they never called us once in the last month for payments or to tell us they were canceling and turned our payment away when we made the reservation. Party Works is a much better option for rentals and I know there are better Hispanic markets in town.
