This was an awesome visit. The bartender waitress were right on point. I love the customer service and the special attention they give to all. I tried the all day margaritas, interim of bananas, five stars to each! Definitely come back here again!

Went in and the restaurant looked great, welcoming. But the speaker system was horrible the sound kept breaking up and the volume cranked way up. I should have read it as a big red flag.
The waitress was curtious, pleasant to speak with but something was off.
I ordered a draft beer which took 20+ minutes to get, eventually got it but it was completely different than the simple beer I ordered. Eventually got it AFTER my meal arrived. Meanwhile everyone else in my party finished their first drink.
All this while having to listen to a crappy TV speaker system.

Rather irritating when you see the bartender and two other staff members just wandering around cleaning random things. Yet bathrooms were filthy!

The aguas frescas are $7.50+, I wish I paid closer attention when ordering. Worst off they were meh.

The sound issue was mentioned right away to the waitress. I gave the staff the benefit of the doubt and figured they were working on it. As she said she would mention it to the manager. It seemed the signal was breaking up and it was too loud of a setting for people not to notice.
Nothing was said about the restroom as we were already on the way out. This is something that should at minimum be checked hourly. There was no toilet paper but lots on the floor!
There are many other reviews here which, I wish I would have looked up before going in. $160+ meal , the food was delicious! But outweighed by the almost deliberate lack of attentiveness.

I suggest you send in undercover customer so you can get feed back. Cause you got something here but your current staff is not cutting it sorry.
