This grocery store is always clean, we’ll stocked, delicious pastries & cakes, lunch carnitas are the best. Their meat/delicious counter is fabulous. The staff are very nice as well. Great market.

I would like to share a concern regarding the customer service experience at this store.
There is an older woman who works at the food counter, and unfortunately, on multiple occasions I have observed her being unnecessarily rude and unprofessional toward customers. She often speaks in a harsh tone, appears annoyed when assisting people, and seems unwilling to provide service in a courteous manner.
What is particularly concerning is that this behavior occurs even when customers are respectful and simply trying to place an order. I have witnessed customers being treated poorly despite not saying or doing anything that could be considered offensive or disrespectful.
I understand that everyone can have difficult days, and I have no intention of attacking anyone personally. However, customer service is an important part of any business, and customers should be treated with basic respect and courtesy.
I hope management will review this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that all customers receive the professional and respectful service they deserve.

This is a real Mexican market, carrying a lot of items you would find in Mexico. The staff is very friendly and helpful, speak both Spanish and English. They have a deli, a bakery, and a fresh produce section. Buen provecho.
