We rented for a party, but it was handed over to us dirty; the bathrooms smelled awful, and the floor was stained and filthy because the man who works there stores his tools in the same space (tools that couldn’t be moved and took up a lot of room). We had to clean before decorating and again after the party; we returned it in better condition than we found it, yet they still made excuses not to refund our full security deposit. The place is very large, but I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Nice open space for my dog trainer to do her magic!
