Been trying new taquerias in the trivalley. Came here specifically because they have a California burrito on the menu.
Inside is very clean. They have a salsa bar with tortilla chips and something unique, Duritos. (Circle Wheat chips with an X in the middle).
We ordered a California burrito, Al pastor taco, and horchata. The horchata was “home made” and definitely tasted different the branded horchata I’m used to.
California burrito:. Has carne asada, fries, sour cream, guacamole, Monterey cheese, and pico. The burrito was hot and everything felt incorporated versus some taco shops just put cold ingredients together. Burrito was split between the wife and I and it was very filling. Melty cheese pull was a nice touch to know they didn’t skimp on ingredients. My only criticism is that the fries are soggy. If they deep fry it to a super crispy texture would make this SO MUCH better.
Al pastor taco: was good. They offered a handmade tortilla which was a little extra. The Al pastor wasn’t carved off of a “spit” or doesn’t appear to be since the cuts appear more clumpy. Otherwise flavor was there and solid.
Service was prompt and they also bus your table after your done. Overall worth the stop, will come back since there’s a few things on the menu I’d like to come back and try.
I’ve lived in the Bay Area my whole life, 43 years, and I’ve been to plenty of taquerias, but I can honestly say I’ve never found one as perfect as Dublin Taqueria. Everything about this place was outstanding.
The food was amazing, the customer service was out of this world, and the whole experience felt welcoming from start to finish. They have an unlimited fountain drink station, a salsa bar with chips, and every sauce I tried was absolutely on point.
I mean this sincerely: I’m not getting paid or asked to say this. Dublin Taqueria has earned it. From now on, this will be my favorite Mexican taqueria. Highly, highly recommend!
Good tacos, the chicken and shrimp tacos were pretty good. The salad on the side have a great taste to them, and variety of spice level to opt from. The avocado and the chili ones were my favorites
I absolutely love this restaurant! I’ve been in the Bay Area since 2014, and in all that time, I’ve only found one Mexican spot that truly became my go-to—though I don’t live near it anymore. Nothing here has quite matched the incredible Mexican food from SoCal… until now.
This place is perfection. It takes classic Mexican foundations and brilliantly fuses them with Indian spices and creative ideas, creating something truly delectable. Every dish we tried was outstanding. The nacho chips were toasted to crispy perfection—a small but thoughtful touch that elevated everything. The sauces? Packed with full, bold flavor that just pops.
They offer a great range: alcohol, meat options, and plenty of veggie-friendly choices too. As someone who adores fusion cuisine, I never imagined combining these two worlds, but it works so incredibly well. I’m genuinely thrilled a spot like this exists in the Bay—it’s finally a Mexican restaurant my partner and I can both rave about and enjoy together.
The service was another highlight. The servers came by multiple times to clear plates, check in, and genuinely ask how everything was. That personal care and attention feels so rare these days, and it made the whole experience even better.
Highly recommend— this fusion gem has earned its place as our new favorite!
