What a true joy spending the afternoon of the 4th at this winery. After the parade on the square, We brought our kids, the grandparents, some snacks and enjoyed the music, food truck, wine and hospitality. Everyone was so welcoming and created a special experience for us and our kiddos. They have a little store to purchase meats and cheeses, an open lawn with shady trees and picnic tables, a little fairy door for the kids to find and brought out popsicles for the littles. The Russian River Ramblers played while we enjoyed a few lovely white wines. This may be our new 4th of July tradition.
We met some friends here on a lovely but cool spring Sunday afternoon. We had such a lovely experience that we were the last visitors to leave, but the staff couldn’t be more patient. We had the charcuterie board with our tasting, and it was the most unique and delicious collection of local items. Both the wines were unique, flavorful, and reasonably priced. We loved it so much that the two couples each decided to join their club. While we went in loving the Sauvignon Blanc, we were most impressed with their Zins. They also offered our non drinker with a delicious sparkling water. We will return!
This place really made our day. Everyone was extremely kind, with such a warm and welcoming vibe from the staff.
Zinfandel has never really been my thing, but theirs actually changed my mind a bit.
We sat outside in the yard, which was such a lovely spot to hang out and spend a slow afternoon. A really easy, enjoyable experience all around.
BEAUTIFUL place to visit! We kicked off our day here and it was wonderful… from the red wines to the staff (shoutout to Paige and Ridge!), we had an amazing time. I wish we weren’t on a time limit because I could have spent all day here.
We are from Ohio and our first time visiting this area – Joined the wine club and can’t wait to make the trip back!
I took my boyfriend here for a Californian wine tasting experience and it was so perfect. The vineyards are beautiful and expansive and free to roam through but the service is also just as special. We were hosted by Darren who was extremely knowledgeable about the tasting notes of every wine and the individual process it takes to make each bottle. Darren offered us samples of lots of wines too and we even got a special wine cellar tour that we weren’t expecting. He then introduced us to the family owner of the Dry Creek Vineyard itself (like meeting royalty!). He really made our visit so memorable. If you’re planning a wine tour whilst in the area, this historic site is an essential first stop!
