I got the son of Dr. Ngyuen this time and he was extremely professional and seemed to really care. He gave me good and in depth insight on what was going on with my oral health and what steps I need to make to fix my teeth. Thank you for everything, will be back!

Okay so this is possibly the worst experience ever. I went there to see a dentist who had been in business forever and ended up seeing his young son who was about my son’s age which was VERY uncomfortable. I’ve always had dental insurance but recently was informed that I have denti-cal now and while I really feel sorry for everyone who has to deal with this state and their medical mumbo-jumbo. So I get there and there’s this young kid there and I’m just mortified and embarrassed but okay he’s the dentist son and he’s a DDS himself. And he liked to point that out over and over again apparently because he looked so young you just wouldn’t believe him. And he acted that way as well very immature and I would not suggest anyone go to see Trevor ever. Thank you so much for the referral that I can’t use and I hope you have a great career sir . Go Patriots!

Dr Randy is an amazing dentist ! His experience and knowledge shines clearly and he is open to discussion and explanation. He also has a wonderful sense of humor.

I have a lot of nervousness about going to the dentist, but not here. Dr Randy is very kind, efficient and clearly a master of his craft.

Setting up my appointment was incredibly quick and easy, with hardly any wait time. Their policies reflect that everyone respects the time slot. I arrive and don’t even have time to sit in the lobby before he calls me back. Never miss an appointment !

Thank you for taking such good care of me. I wish all the best and the most success !

I had a very strange and frustrating experience trying to schedule a new patient appointment with this office. I called and spoke with the receptionist, who confirmed they do take my insurance, and we were in the middle of collecting my information to set up the appointment. She then asked me to hold. After waiting, the call was disconnected. I’m not sure if it was accidental or if the call was ended on their side.

I immediately called back multiple times over the next hour and received no answer. I also left a voicemail. This all happened yesterday, and now it’s the end of the following day with no call back at all.

If a call gets disconnected while setting up a new patient appointment, the bare minimum would be to return the call especially after a voicemail is left. The receptionist who answered clearly needs retraining on basic phone etiquette and patient communication, which reflects poorly on how the office operates as a business.

Ironically, shortly after giving up on this office, another dental office I had only called once (and left one voicemail for) called me back and offered me an appointment for the same exact day this office had initially mentioned. That really highlighted how unprofessional and disorganized this experience was.

Overall, this was a complete waste of time and one of the strangest scheduling experiences I’ve had with a medical office.
