The office staff brought me in as a last minute/new patient referral from my wife. For a problem with a crown that I had done @ Western Dental as an emergency. The crown from W.D. Fell off 5 times in a period of 12 days. I had to jump through call center hoops to only be seen once out of 5 times the temp can off. It was to the point where i was gluing the temp in myself just to eat. They made time and reconstructed the crown and I never had a problem with it all the way to the time to have the permanent crown put in with no issues. Also the staff was concise with explaining the priorities of future work. And left the final decision up to me. Needless to say, I made an appt for further my care needs @ their office. The staff made it a point to get to know me as a person outside of the dental work. I was impressed as I work in a high demand field along the same lines as a Phlebotomist. That extra question or time spent with someone who despises dental work was phenomenal.

Absolutely the best dentistal office top to bottom in Sonoma county….but, poor experience the last visit. I thoroughly explained and wrote my thoughts. However I was treated by the same person a second time. Had to let the office know I can’t risk getting that person a third time. Shortcoming of their software to notate I suppose….I’ve since watched YouTube videos of the polishing process,and feel comfortable in my conclusion. Other than that I would be happy recommending this office to everyone, and I have.

Who knew a dental office could steal my heart? Dr. Buzza’s office is amazing! The ladies at the front desk are warm, welcoming, and always know how to make you smile before you even sit in the chair. The hygienists work their magic every visit, leaving my teeth sparkling and feeling fantastic.

My kids love it there too, and everyone goes out of their way to make them feel comfortable and cared for.

As someone who used to get serious anxiety about dental appointments, this office has completely won me over. Now I walk in relaxed and leave with a brighter smile. If you’re nervous about the dentist, trust me, this place is a total game changer!
