My go to location is in Toluca Lake..I didn’t even know there was a location in Burbank, but yesterday was my first and definitely last visit to this location. My party or 4 sat and outside. The bus boy was so friendly and helpful but our waiter was very slow and didn’t check in on us..the bus boy did the waiter’s job. It took a long time for us to place our order because the waiter seemed to be more concerned with being inside than servicing those outside. Once we ordered the food took forever to arrive at our table. I have never experienced service like this and never had this experience at the Toluca Lake location. I’m not sure if the guy I kept seeing coming in and out the door with a blue shirt on was the manager but he never checked in on us either. When our food finally arrived my order was wrong but I wasn’t able to get the waiter so the bus boy took my order back to have the right order made. Once again I waited so long for my correct order(which was the two taco combo plate) I wasn’t even hungry at that point and most of my party were almost done with their entrees. I asked for more guacamole for my daughter’s burrito because instead of putting the guacamole in the burrito as we ordered they gave her a small dish of it on the side which was not enough for her burrito. They charged me $2 for the small dish of guacamole but then when I requested more they charged me $7.95 smh..between the service and the up charges I definitely won’t be back and if you happen to patronize this location make sure to check your bill and the charges because they tried to charge me for both(the wrong and correct orders) taco plates even though I only ordered one. Very disappointing!!

First time to this restaurant! Loved it! Don’t let the small look outside fool you. It is big place with plenty of seating.
The decore is awesome. Very well decorated and great atmosphere!
The service was excellent and food very good and reasonably priced.
There is a parking garage nearby and very safe area.
We will have to come back.
