We have been to Diablo Taqueria several times in the last year and a half that we have been in Danville. This is not a fancy restaurant, but has simple, tasty Mexican food. Have had their quesadilla and their Mexican salad in a taco bowl – both consistently good. We are vegetarian – and they always have options for us and are willing to customize as needed. We made a rule for ourselves that we would not visit the same restaurant twice in the first year of being in the area in order to try more places – and we broke that rule for this restaurant – just cause it was a great place for a quick healthy lunch.
A gem of an authentic Mexican food establishment in Danville. My favorites include the Chicken Super Burrito and Carne Asada Tacos.
Free chips and salsa is a delicious bonus and would recommend all three salsas. The orange has some kick but the excellent flavor is worth it.
Kind, attentive and fast service every time I call in. Rewards program is a great incentive to keep coming back on top of all of the above. Will continue to recommend this spot to everyone I know.
I do wish they had breakfast options though, I have no doubt they would do it right.
Wonderful customer service! Food is affordable. Asked for a veggie tostada. Was informed that the refried beans have animal fat in them, but the black beans do not. Also said they could put grilled onions and bell pepper on it! It’s not very often that a restaurant will inform you what’s in their refried beans have in them. Very honest and accommodating. Usually, I ask that question. Also, I thought it was great that the chips/salsa were free, and came in a small bag of 8-10 chips the perfect amount. Often times have been served a big basket and it’s always too much! They said if you want more, just ask.
Authentic Mexican food for a good price. The portions are great and leave you feeling full. Love the quesabirria tacos with the consume! Everything is served in containers that make it easy to take leftovers home. Small dining area indoors. We visited on a Tuesday afternoon and there were a decent flow of customers but the food was served quickly. Happy with the friendly service, price and atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

Great birdie burrito supreme, tender, flavorful and filling. We technically did take because they were getting ready to close, but we sat outside.
