Went in to have top dentures replaced, which I purchased one year ago and they cracked in half right down the middle. Was first told I’d have to come back in three days. Nobody was available to see me. I told her this was an emergency. She said well you can come back at 12:45. I Told her that wasn’t possible as I had to work. I asked her if I could come by after work and she said sure. When I went in The dentist sounded somewhat reluctant to replace them free of charge however, she said they would do it. And it would take four weeks. When I got home and received my aftercare text, I looked it up and noticed they were Charging for x-rays some radiology thing, another surveying imagery, and something else was added to the charges I guess To charge the insurance company. However, none of these procedures took place which was somewhat disturbing. Nobody as much as looked inside of my mouth let alone took x-rays imaging, and the other things they said. Not too sure about this practice. After I receive my dentures. I may have to look elsewhere for dental care.

The vibes there were immaculate. I felt educated without shame and encouraged to reach my dental goals (aka floss more). The location is convenient and the office was professional. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience which feels weird saying about a dentist appointment but it’s true! Dr. Osman Shareef, Yuesett, Sydney, and Gabby were really delightful and I could tell all the difference in customer service from my previous dental office to this one. Will be back again 🙂
