Terrible. Rude staff. Lots of drug addicts coming and going all hours. Staff doesn’t do anything. Location good if want to be down town (and great if looking for drugs), but besides that, it’s awful. I don’t know how they’re even open.
We knew we weren’t staying at a 5star hotel and were there for the location but had multiple problems. Had gum stuck to the head board, dirty pillow cases and towels, what looked like bodily fluids or blood on the chair and cigarette burns in the sheets and curtains. Also, after the first night our keys were turned off and when going to the office to get them checked, the staff never asked for ID before activating our keys again for the room.
Want walking distance to everything fine. But want a diligent room no. The chair was covered in what appeared to be blood. There was gum on the headboard, cigarette burns in the sheets and curtains and on one of the pillows also had blood stains. Went to ask for room change but the cleaning lady seemed to be too bothered when front desk asked. As if we were inconvenience her. Never will we stay again. But I guess for the price you get what you get.
I’m giving this hotel 2 stars, and the only reason it’s getting 2 instead of 1 is because at least it was quiet. I didn’t have a bunch of noise waking me up in the middle of the night, which was the one real positive.
Unfortunately, the room itself was a mess. There were burn marks on the floor, cigarette burn marks on the sinks, mold in the shower, sloppy paint and patchwork throughout the room, cobwebs on the ceiling, and the room even smelled vaguely like cigarette smoke even though this is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel.
We requested a king bed and were given two doubles instead. The AC barely worked, the Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room, the TV looked ancient, and the hot water ran out after one shower, leaving the second person with only lukewarm water. That should not happen at any hotel.
On top of that, there was a dryer sheet left between the bed sheets, and the cover sheet had a hole in it that looked like it may have been from a cigarette burn.
The only other positive thing I can say is that the floor seemed clean. Other than that, this room was ridiculous. Being a two-star hotel is not an excuse for a room in this condition.
