Beware racist and a karen live here! My kids are playing and a guy comes out and says there are parks for this you know and he mutters this is America and something more that I couldn’t hear! He could have said to keep it low nicely. And then there’s a grumpy karen who’s spying if residents park in their garage or not!

My sister and her husband have lived there for over 25 years. It’s a great quiet complex that is kept up well! Its management is excellent, it’s super convenient to literally everything from gas stations, banks, food, healthcare, freeway access, schools. They have the best schools in Cupertino, and the local government is excellent. Roads are kept up well, safe, nice neighbors. They walk at night, and never had any issues. There is always a mild breeze in this town, and I would love to live in this complex. It has the most beautiful grounds, and so much storage in the units, and in the two car garage. Beautiful pool area, and lake garden area is so pretty. It looks like an Italian villa on the outside. My sister said there it’s always quiet, and never have problems with noisy neighbors or kids running around.

We moved in March 2022 and we couldn’t be happier. A great community to be a part of. Love being surrounded by the feel of nature. The waterfall and gardens are beautiful. Very centralized location and great for walking.
