Crowne Motors provides excellent customer service as well as excellent car care for maintenance and repair. They are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. All of their staff is exceptional. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and service. It is a 90 mile drive for me each way, but worth every mile.

Just a quick question. We purchased our vehicle back on Sept 2022. I have brought it in for a the drivers seat having issues once before and now it is broke again. I have been advised that it will cost me $1350 to fix this issue as Lincoln does not want to absorb this fee. Is there anything that can be done about this? This was a pre existing issue with the vehicle before we purchased it.

Just had my 5000 mile tune up. They went over all the checks with me and all was good. I love my Honda civic that I bought there. The one thing I wish they did was ask if I had any questions or concerns about my vehicle, or that I wouldn’t have forgot to ask myself, but they were just comfort questions nothing major.

Great service, friendly people. Steven Roberts helped us but a used truck and was patient with our thousands of questions! Walked is through the whole process and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.
This was our second vehicle bought from Crown Motors and both were pretty painless. Will definitely but from them again

Went to Crown Motors for a possible warranty repair to my 2016 Honda. They were fairly quick to check me in and was clear on how long the inspection would take. I walked to lunch and when I returned, the service advisor found me and communicated what was found. The repair will be covered under warranty and the part would need to be ordered. I was happy with the outcome of my visit. Overall, the service advisor, Nicole, was efficient and provided excellent customer service.
