Was told I could turn in my lease as long as I was here after ten am. Drive two hours here for them so say I can’t do lease turn in and offer me 7k under my buyout amount and basically told me to take it or kick rocks. Sales manager tried to say I want over the miles, I did not. Sales guy was super sweet though and apologized to me for the confusion and her bad attitude
Update! Was never contacted by the owner like he claims. Went to another dealership and they were absolutely applauded by her behavior because apparently a Honda dealership is not allowed to refuse a lease turn in. Other dealership asked if I wanted a buy back or turn in, I said turn in, they brought me a form and I was done in less than ten minutes.
