We were on vacation visiting family when the transmission went out in our Expedition 19 miles north of Redding. We called Ford’s roadside assistance and got the ball rolling. I still needed a way to get my family to the dealership. My wife is in a wheelchair and we have 3 kids. The tow company suggested I call the dealership and see if there was something they could do. After a couple of phone calls to the sales manager Steve Jr, Steve Sr., the owner of the dealership, came right up in his personal vehicle and picked up my wife and kids and brought them to the dealership. Between Steve Sr., and Steve Jr., they turned a bad trip into a good trip. They rented us a nice new Expedition to travel on to our destination. Also a shout out to Rick and the service department who did an excellent job of getting the ball rolling and getting our vehicle repaired in a very timely manner. I would recommend these folks for any of your vehicle needs. I don’t know many dealerships that would go above and beyond as much as they did to take such good care of us. Thank you Steve Sr, and Steve Jr for everything!
