I have never had worse customer service. I went to buy a pack of smokes and the man wouldn’t even look at me. He didn’t say anything so I stood there repeating what I wanted. Very embarrassing! Idk how this place makes money if they aren’t excepting paying customers! The older white man needs to be fired! I would not buy from here.

An older gentleman with glasses and white hair denied me service at the counter and refused to give a reason, but I presume this was because of my race (I am a black man). Words cannot express how deeply disgusted I am after being treated in this way. I would like for this issue to be taken to the management. It is ridiculous that some people think it’s still ok to act in such a manner. Needless to say I will not be returning, but even if I did they would probably still not treat me like a human being.
It is difficult to overstate how deeply disgusted I am with this behavior. This establishment has been reported to the police for discrimination and I implore anyone to go in and demand to know why they think it’s ok to treat their customers like this. If I could give 0 stars, they wouldnt even deserve that much.
Be better humboldt. This is simply pathetic.

Had the worst experience with the older white male cashier tonight… after interrogating my boyfriend over his valid and current CA ID card and being incredibly rude to him, he refused to complete my transaction and also refused to serve the 2 other customers trying to make purchases ahead of me. I chock it up to a bad day but regardless I DO NOT recommend spending your money here,and will not be doing so personally ever again.

Hey if you don’t know this place, then please take the time to get to know Marshall he is the permanent fixture and a hard working individual. To the owners you got a great retail sales man . Thanks Marshall for all your help. even when I am flat broke he lends a helping hand! Your the best Marshall!
