Phenomenal Service by Thiada at the Lotteria Event and on the Colusa Casino floor.
I am writing this review to give a massive shout out to Thiada, an absolute rockstar of a cocktail waitress at Colusa Casino. Every single time you see her, she greets everyone with the warmest smile and brings a wonderfully bubbly personality that elevates the entire vibe of the casino floor. Not only is she incredibly friendly, but she is also lightning-fast at getting your choice of beverage to you.Her performance during the recent Lotteria event, however, was next-level. She single-handedly took on a crowd of over 630+ people, managing orders and delivering drinks with mind-blowing efficiency. At one point during the event, I actually overheard someone complaining that she was taking on too much workload. But let me tell you, I watched this girl literally run her fanny off from one end of the massive Lotteria event all the way to the front bar and back, over and over again, without missing a beat.Thiad’s work ethic, speed, and unstoppable positive attitude under immense pressure are rare to find. Colusa Casino is incredibly lucky to have her on the team. If management is reading this, please give this woman the major recognition, raise, or promotion she truly deserves! Thank you, Thiada, for your outstanding hard work! Another happy Customer Sparkles aka Kathy Brow
I didn’t spend much time exploring the entire property, but the casino itself was nice, clean, and had a cool old-school feel that reminded me of the classic North Lake Tahoe casinos.
The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything seemed well maintained. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth stopping by and checking out. A fun little place with a nostalgic vibe.
There’s a lot of games that I haven’t seen before. I always like to try different games. The breakfast buffet was excellent. They had a lot of options for things to eat.
Colusa has the lowest gas prices around. The High Stakes bingo event was wonderful. Free dinner, free bingo and everyone got a six on set of nine sheets. Each game paid $1,000 and the last game was a two part game. $1,000 for three bingos and the final blackout paid $5,000. It was exciting and fun. They are generous with their free slot play through their players club. Every first Friday they host a paper only bingo event. Each game pays $500 or $1,000. Cost varies from around $60 on up depending on how much paper you are skilled enough to handle. Good luck players!
The bad: The only 2 complaint is with their customer service at the café. Drinks are good but there’s one lady who is always rude. She’s skinny, long hair, wear black glasses and looks nice but she is not friendly or nice. No hi, no greeting or nothing. When you say ‘thank you’ after she hands you your order she turns away without replying. The 2nd rude employee is at their customer/member booth. She’s slightly chubbier than the rest, when she talks, the tone in her voice and her eye rolls are as if she hates her job. I dread seeing her when I am in line.
The good: We really like dining at Jack’s place. Food is always freshly prepared. Delicious food with great customer service. The slots are fun too.
