If you want a personal experience wuth a passionate wine maker, book Colagrossi Wines. Craig is a phenomenal host. He shares his deep wine industry experience. Unlike many tastings, he does not rush you through. He’ll give you all the time needed to enjoy the Colagrossi wines. His personality is delightful. His smile lights up the room. If you are realy blessed, you’ll meet his wife Tatiana.

This is a very good spot in Windsor for Italian varietals, which can be unusual in Sonoma. We really liked the Montepulciano. They also have a great Cabernet Sauvignon. The winemaker was serving us and he has a great personality along with being an excellent winemaker.

It’s so refreshing to find different varietals than what you would typically find in Sonoma County. Craig, the winemaker and owner is just the nicest guy in the whole world and he makes you feel like part of the family. Not to mention the pizzas are some of the best I’ve ever had. If you can catch them on a pizza night you are in luck! Great Italian varietals and great conversation. Do not miss out on coming here.
