I began shopping at Willits Coast Hardware after family members moved to Willits in the early 80’s. Moved here permanently in 1997 and It’s my go to ever since. It’s tucked away next to the Willits Safeway and for me is always the perfect place to stop first when trying to get some gift giving or home repair situation taken care of. They are very popular with everyone who knows about this secret gem because they are so helpful and wonderful… Always.

If customer service is important to you then you have to come to this store. I needed an electric blower and multiple associates helped me even though it was closing time. They have a variety of items. If you cant find something for your home stop and visit this store. Best customer service ever!!!

As a road construction worker we work long days. Most of the time we are still working after most places close. I gave these guys a call and the manager delivered the parts to my hotel on his own time. That’s awesome service. Thanks again
