Very cool Italian market with a variety of great products and brands to choose from. The location offers a coffee and gelato bar, fresh deli and dessert counter as well as plenty of frozen and stable shelf items. The staff is very knowledge and friendly which makes it a cool experience for the whole family to try new foods. They also provide an outdoor seating area.

Everyone was very friendly and so helpful. I had “Bob”, a very sweet man, help me pick out wine, my sandwich was very good and ofcourse I had to have a cannoli and an eclair. I will definitely return!

Cool store, deli and bakery. Great selection. Tried the meatball sandwich and the Great Grandpa Joe (Italian sandwich). Quality seemed good. The meatball was built and wrapped in paper. It wasn’t heated. The sandwich was a little soggy and not very hot. The Italian sandwich was good. There is not enough seating and they close early especially on Sunday. Sandwich pricing is comparable to other sandwich places. I don’t care for the multiple counter system. Our order had to be placed at two separate counters and then you get into a separate line to pay. Hard to coordinate everything being ready together. There is an incredible selection of desserts. Overall ok experience but I won’t be in a hurry to return.

Our family has shopped at Claro’s ever since I was young. From West Covina to Covina to Whittier and Upland, we have never been disappointed in the quality or taste of anything Claro’s. And, now, this Corona Claro’s has been added to that list. The store is very clean, offers a great selection of Italian groceries, and has great service. As a matter of fact, this location tops them all for service and friendliness. The young lady at the deli counter was obviously very busy, but still took the time to greet me, take my order, and call me when my food was ready. She did all this not only enthusiastically but with a beaming, friendly smile as well. And Avery who helped me at the bakery counter, was exactly the same. She went out of her way to not only bring me a bag of cookies I had forgotten, but, then, to bring me the two items in my order which had to be freshly made. Avery also became my cashier as she jumped in to help with the long checkout line. Again, her service was excellent.
This Claro’s definitely left me with a great first impression!!
