As a napa local, less than mile of walk to town, I love unwinding my weekends at Chispa! Their food is regionally inspired, from oysters/calamari to salads and tacos! I’d say it’s fusion, the flavors are beyond comprehension! Must place to try if you are visiting or local! Oh, try their extra dirty martini with Japanese Yuzu Gin! Damn good!

The Hubby and I dined in I believe an hour and a half before closing. We had the restaurant to ourselves. (kitchen closes 30 mins before scheduled closing but I think bar stays open)
Hubby ordered 2 house margaritas. I’m assuming they were good since he had a second.
We got a couple apps the ceviche was my favorite out of the 2. The other one was a little more bland in flavor.
I ordered the steak and fries. Steak was cooked perfectly and we both enjoyed the flavors. Fries were OK I would have preferred a veggie or rice with it. Fries didn’t really complement or elevate the dish in my opinion.
Hubby ordered the pork tacos no complaint they were generous on the meat and taste great.
We finished off with the chorros for dessert. Warm and doughy and paired with natella. We cleaned the plate!
Side note a lot of the photos on Google and yelp are outdated, they have since change the menu!
I’d recommend giving them a try even if only for a drink and light bite!
