I came here yesterday and was greeted very nicely along with the rest of the other people coming in after me. I normally don’t go to chipotles here in the bay area but this one has really stood out to me. I used the bathroom before ordering to wash my hands and the bathrooms were clean and stocked full with toilet paper and hand towels! Thats a first for me! The food looked very fresh and the counter where they prepared my bowl was clean and if the worked made a mess they cleaned it up right after, very well done! I sat inside and ate my food and it was a great ambiance with nice music playing and hearing the workers joke and have a good time working. Unlike the other stores I’ve been to, the workers look miserable and are messy and seem rude. This location is truly incredible and i will be coming back here every-time I want a good afternoon lunch.

Girlfriend and I ordered for pickup and barely got any chicken in the order. The food was not even filled to the lid of the bowl, looks like half as much as what we normally pay for. disappointing.

We placed the orders online and picked ithem up in the store. When the scheduled pickup time arrrived, the app told me the orders were ready. But when we got there, the food was not ready, and we ended up waiting for about 10 min. The timing could definitely use some improvement.
I ordered the salad bowl, the portion was generous, and the ingredients were freash.

Just moved nearby and came two nights in a row because I’m unboxing my house and stressed. Needed to walk the dogs and sit outside somewhere with them.
Both times I got honest scoops of everything including the guac and queso. All fresh and hot.
The staff is friendly, just quiet.
