Me and my friends will go on a Sunday, sit in the bar area and have lunch and watch all the different games that are on. The service is great, food has gotten better through the years. 3 for me is best deal in town. And…..give the General Manager a raise! The way he runs this restaurant is perfect!

I wanted to shout out Ashley, who had served our big group. She was not only super professional and understanding of splitting our check for reimbursements, but was also always checking up on us. I had saved this in my notes app because of how impactful her great customer service was. Hiring great people and individuals who know how to take orders, check up on customers, and be efficient and fast! Thank you, Ashley, for taking care of our group!!

Welcom to Chili’s said no one to me when I stepped into this establishment in Santa Rosa.
It was my first time ever being to one. I was excited. I was coming in hot because I had a couple of things I wanted to order. It was impossible to find the baby back ribs on the menu. I consider myself a median, medium intelligence or maybe modal intelligence individual and I was really struggling to parse the menu.
It was like I was back in deep Western China and had to use the translator app very hard.
Eventually we sat down in our nice booth, which was excellent and very comfortable. They gave us cutlery inside of a little jacket, which was a bit of a delight. A huge delight.
Then we got back to the menu which was, as noted, overwhelming and hard to understand, but we did eventually order.
We ordered first the three dipping platter. For this we selected mozzarella in brick form fried, chicken appendages deep-fried and covered in sauce, and an egg roll.
My sub review is as follows:
– Egg rolls: great, warm, fresh plus great
– Mozzarella cube: too cheese
– Chicken wings: just
Then we ordered the fajitas which was basically like other fajitas with chicken and steak. Pretty good. Pretty good. We got dipping guacamole which was a good deal.
Overall five stars for this Chili’s.
They did try to charge us for playing a game on the little machine so just watch out for that. Check your bill because you don’t want to be charged 3 to 4 dollars for playing a game you didn’t play. Just be careful out there.

Delicious food and very kind servers. They were extremely considerate and turned off the A/C for us so we wouldn’t be freezing.
