    Ambiance was ok.

Server was very prompt, friendly and helpful with suggestions. When one guest had a special request, it was accommodated.

The food, a chile relleno, chicken enchiladas smothered in a nice thick mole sauce topped with queso fresco, cilantro, and onions, and a cheese enchilada. Each dish came with very generous servings of rice and beans.

Each dish was excellent. We would have them again.

Price, we had three lunch plates, and a take home bag of chips, the cost was $41 before tip. I consider this excellent value.

    We will be back.

New mexi food spot in Eureka? Sure we’ll try it. My partner got the 4 taco plate and I got the 3 crunchy tacos with a 1/2 side of rice and beans, cuz let’s face the facts. I loooove mexi rice. We were created when we walked in, sit anywhere you like, got our menus and then the chips and salsa came out. Took a bit but the server came out to get orders and drinks, we were almost to the bottom of the chips when our drinks got there. Lunch came out at about the ‘almost done with our drinks’ mark and the chips were long gone. I know it’s not fast food but more chips and care with the drinks could have been taken. They weren’t that busy with in house orders, just 4 tables maxing out at 4 people down to a single diner. They’re new, probably ironing out the kinks. They forgot the rice and beans but I didn’t bother asking for it because my taco plate looked like plenty. But I did miss it. Finished and check out time, the missing rice and beans was also not on the ticket (I asked) so we paid and went on our merry way. The tacos were crunchy and delish, my partner said there was a little gristle in his tacos but other than that, was right up there with so-cal expectations. The salsa that came out with the chips was mild and had a nice roasted flavor. We’ll be back to try more menu items, hopefully they’ll be a little more streamlined in the service area by then. The cantina looked like a lovely place to grab drinks when meeting some pals for lunch. You could tell they took great care with that area of the restaraunt.

The food was really good. Loved their tortilla chips and salsa then we got green chicken enchiladas and carne asada fries. Everything tasted yummy and the staff was nice

    Went here with family

Got the Ramen birria, milanesa (chicken), carnitas plate and enchiladas.

The enchilada was so so but the rest of the food had good flavor.

We went right at opening but the service even without other guests in restaurant wasn’t great.

Overall it was worth it and will go back if in the area.

    Great Mexican Food!

My parents have been raving, so I decided to give it a try. The atmosphere is inviting, and like most Mexican restaurants but this small home town feel makes it unique! I love their custom mat as you come in. We were greeted by several staff who said hello and to take a seat. We ordered: chili rellano and an enchilada, Two Carne asada street tacos, one carnitas taco and a child’s rellano plate. All of the food was hot and well prepared. I made a comment about some hotter salsa and he brought out some options. Their green sauce was fantastic. I will definitely go again and try some other options. I am very pleased with their service and assisting someone who was in a wheelchair, they offered to move tables, assisted with opening doors. It was nice to see as it’s not always apparent at some places.
