I tried to buy a car 3 different times, and every time there was something wrong at his small little dealership and I was not able to buy. One day he didnt have staff and needed to close early. Then he couldnt test drive a car w me because he was the only one there. Then, the 3rd day, the internet was down, because someone cut the line to his shop, and he couldnt do the paper work. Which was all fine, and I just made a small joke to my wife that it might be an oman to not buy the car, and he snapped and said then you can’t buy the car sir. And kicked me off the lot. SMH

Great customer service. I’m 18 bought my first car through them. They made the entire car buying process quick, smooth, and stress free. They’re very educational i learned so much, they answerd all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Found out they dont use cuddle the day before I was gonna purchase and they hopped straight to it to held me do what I needed.

Bought a used Honda here and had a great experience. They even guarantee the car for 30 days and give you a refund if anything major is found. Really nice people and made buying a used car very easy and safe. Took 45 minutes just to do the all title documents and saved me a trip to the DMV. What happens to all that paperwork when you buy it from a regular person? My car did have some problems the SF Honda dealer found and Carriage Motors gave me a refund. Not the whole repair price but I was surprised. They cover any big repairs within 30 days if you let their shop do it. We had our dealer do the repairs and they refunded part of it. Very fair. I would buy another used car here without a second thought. Talked to some really scary sounding people on the online car ads and this dealer made buying a used car very safe and easy.

Oh my goodness, my experience at this local family business was amazing. Totally easy and painless car buying, thank you so much Whitney and Heather and Storm. I just love my Rav4. I scoured the internet for 2 1/2 months in a brutal market. I kept seeing great cars at Carriage Motors. Clean cars, clean carfax, low milage, cool models, everything we want and very competitive prices. I went to the website, I went to the dealship, 2 hours away and wow, I got a fantastic car. I am so happy and I felt like I was buying a car from my brother’s friend. These guys are awesome.
Update! I’ve been driving my little Rav4 for 2 + years now, best car I’ve ever owned!
5/12/26 Google just notified me that my Rav4 photograph has received 90,000 views. Wow! Just to let you all know I still love that little car, it never breaks down and it still looks good too!
