Went there a during a concert in the square… Simple menu, well executed. The fryer was down, but that turned out to be a good, cuz I tried the ancho chicken soup and it was amazing 6 stars on the soup, I was informed all soups are from scratch. blue burger was great as well.

First time walking in to grab a bite to eat, within seconds I was greeted with a friendly smile and a “sit wherever you like”.

Looking around the establishment was clean and neat and had really nice art on the walls. The gentleman running the front quickly got my drink order and a menu to view. I was torn between two burgers and he had a good deciding explanation for both. I went with the Bottle cap burger with a side of fully loaded fries. Today was going to be MY cheat day. While waiting the music playing was at an enjoyable level and in no time flat out came the the creative concoction of captivating cravings.

Upon first bite the collection of flavors immediately came together in perfect ballots The perfectly cooked patty added a rich, savory depth paired with the crisp but soft slices of bacon joined together with fresh toppings made this burger a carousel of flavor The sauce tied it all together enhancing all the flavors without overpowering .

The Fries were soft on the inside, and crispy on the outside generously piled but at a modest size were drizzled with a light savory cream sauce that that had a creamy comforting and full bodied but gentle tang that cut through the richness of the fries keeping everything from feeling too heavy.

10/10 would recommend to any burger lover and I will be returning many more times to come!
