We went to this store with my family and one of the female directors were really nice to us.

Hardens me to type this but I fell in this store accidentally about a month ago.. they had a cooler with meat leakingi n the middle isle by the butcher section.. I walked in between this cooler and pallet to view the meat selection and when I turned around to see if my daughter was still close.. I fell.. not knowing what was happening, I grabbed onto something and twisted my body falling again. The staff laughed and refused to help me. I picked myself up and hobbled to the Customer Service desk where I had to wait 15 minutes for the manager who needed a translator to speak to me. I have not received any apologies or phone calls back from this company regarding my incident. I decided to take it here because I could’ve been an elderly person it happened to. To be laughed at instead of helped is very concerning.. but to not receive a callback as if to be ignored is bad business!
