I have been using California commercial cleaning for over 10 years. They always have the best pricing, the most flexible schedule and the most diligent staff. They provide excellent service and attention to detail. I’ve used them on commercial projects over 200,000 sqft warehouses to Dutch Bros shops.

California Commercial Cleaning is the best cleaning company there is in California. They have been on all our multi-family job sites.
Always on time and exceeding expectations.
Cesilia has always worked with our tight schedule and made sure that nothing is missed. All the field personnel is very nice and will go above and beyond to make sure no detail is missed and get the units ready for turnover. We at CSI Construction appreciate everything you do for us. I would highly recommend California Commercial Cleaning.

California Commercial Cleaning has been excellent to work with for both exterior and interior building cleaning. Their team consistently shows up with a great attitude and a strong work ethic, which makes a big difference on busy construction sites.
One thing that really stands out is how willing they are to work around the construction schedule and coordinate with other trades. They are flexible, professional, and understand the flow of a job site, which helps keep projects moving smoothly.
Their rough cleaning stage is also very thorough and done in great detail. By the time the final clean comes around, there is hardly anything left to do because they’ve already taken care of so much during the earlier phase. That level of attention and quality really shows in the final result.
Overall, California Commercial Cleaning is reliable, professional, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable cleaning crew for construction projects.
