This is truly high quality balsamic. I pick up a bottle of their “Sweet Heat” annually and then sprinkly in a few other kinds here and there. The apricot balsamic is fantastic on grilled chicken, and the pomegrante balsamic is the best thing to dip sweet potato fries into!

Wonderful products shipped lightning fast. I tried the Electric Lemon Vinaigrette at an art festival and was sold. It’s so versatile, but I use it most frequently as a salad dressing.

I’ve been buying from California Balsamic for the last two years after a friend told me about them. Their vinegars are SOS free, which means they have no salt, oil, or sugar. They come in different sizes, and I really like the small 3 oz bottles for traveling. It’s been so helpful to have a healthy dressing with me in case of emergencies.
They are a little pricey, but honestly, they’re totally worth it. My favorite flavors are Italian Herb and Teriyaki, but to be honest, all of them are good. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for healthy vinegar dressings.
