I drove 1 hour from Simi Valley to eat here, because my niece insisted we needed to try this place. Even though the food is good ( I had the Poblano chilaquiles) it’s definitely not worth the wait. We got here at 11am and it was 12:40pm and we were still waiting outside in the heat! There is absolutely no parking for this place so finding a parking spot is a chore on its own, then you wait outside in the sun with no shade.
This place needs a bigger location and better customer service, once we sat down and got our food, the waiter never came to check on us, not even once.

Omg this is one of the best places in Burbank. We come here for brunch all the way from Santa Monica. Super delicious food always. But honestly it is worth to come here just for their delicious coffee! It is made with cinnamon and other wonderful spices. My favorite is their chilaquiles. Definitely recommend. It is about $20 per entree but so worth it. The line gets really long though so either come early or get on the waitlist

The service was excellent. We were kindly greeted by Erick who was straight up from the beginning and informed of the long wait due to our large party. We communicated during our wait and made special accommodations for our party and we are grateful for that. The food was SO worth the wait, everything was freshly served, delicious, and savory. We live 1 hour away, so this experience was worth our drive. Great atmosphere and friendly service.

We’ve visited this spot several times in the morning and always order the chilaquiles — they’ve been amazing every time with great flavor and quality.
We haven’t tried their pancakes and other sweet breakfast items yet, but they look really good and are definitely on our list for next visit.
It’s a small, cozy place, so during busy hours you might have a short wait. A lot of people stop by for coffee and fresh baked goods to go, which shows how popular it is.
Friendly staff, great vibes, and consistently good food. Definitely worth stopping by.
