Very uncommon location for a Vineyard, but oh, does Brandi know how to cultivate. Somehow, on a mere 8 acres of vines, she produces multiple amazing wines. Definitely stick around for the Petite Syrah. And join up as a member if you want an amazing Reserve Zin. Great small tasting room with some beautiful outdoor seating, and Ayslea (100% sure I’m spelling her name wrong) who hosts the tasting is so nice and knowledgeable.
Just make sure you drive slow on the gravel roads on the way in. No dust as you drive.
Grab as many bottles of that Syrah as you can.
Stayed in an Airbnb adjacent to the vineyard and they were the best neighbors anyone could ever ask for. While the home owner was MIA Brandi did everything she could to make our stay as amazing as possible. Not that she had to. Thank you Brandi.

I stayed at Burnsini Vineyards in Cottonwood (Hammers Ln) on April 25, 2026 for a one-night Harvest Hosts getaway with my girlfriend—wine tasting, a quiet night, and a simple reset. We arrived around 1:30 PM and were greeted right away by a very friendly staff member who waved us in, pointed out where to park, and made the whole check-in feel easy. There was already one other RV set up, and the place had a calm, laid-back pace that was exactly what we were hoping for.
The RV area was level and the property was pretty quiet overall. We got settled, then went back for a tasting and ended up chatting with another couple for a while, which is one of my favorite parts of these stops. The staff member doing the tasting was welcoming and pleasant, and we enjoyed ourselves enough to buy a bottle of their Petite Sirah. If you look at my photos, that’s basically the vibe—rows of vines, open sky, and a peaceful little pocket to park for the night.
There are a couple practical downsides. The entrance has very low branches, so you need to creep in and watch your roofline and sides if you’re in a taller rig. Also, the parking areas could use a bit more cleanup; there was some debris around where the RVs park that made it feel less polished than it could be. There’s a railroad track nearby, but it wasn’t intrusive and we still slept well.
Just to clarify one point: Harvest Hosts stays aren’t “free.” I pay an annual membership fee, and as guests we’re expected to support the host business by making a purchase (which we did by doing a tasting and buying a bottle). On the parking note, we didn’t intentionally ignore instructions—if “park along the vines” was the expectation, that wasn’t clearly communicated to us when we arrived, and we parked where we understood we were directed.

The owner/wine maker Brandi was amazing. We showed up at 4pm, a huge group had just left. We were greeted outside with wine and great conversation. She was so knowledgeable about their wine and processes.
The location is off the path a little and soooooo worth it. There is a log cabin as bnb, wood fire pizza oven, plenty of seating, great views, and just a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend.
