I lived in Ukiah about 10 years ago, even when I moved out I came up often to visit family. Lots of drives through Hopland- I always told people this was the best burger I’d ever had and how much I love their blackberry milkshake… Its been maybe 3 years since I was last here, and I’m glad to say that hasn’t changed ! Sooo delicious, and if you’re gf their lettuce is not flimsy ! Recommend the patty melt- Perfection.
TDLR: Can’t get a better burger anywhere else

Bought some gas and asked to use the bathroom. He said go to the back of the building. Asked the guy back there, he said no bathroom without being a customer. Went and told the guy up front and he told me it wasn’t his issue.
Bad customer service. Not planning on ever stopping here and ever spending even a dollar.
Why be so randomly rude to someone?
Recommendation: Go with their competitors.

I SAID NO PICKLES OR MUSTARD ON BURGER SO GAVE IT BACK TO THEM. THEY LITERALY JUST TRIED TO SCRAPE IT OFF AND GIVE IT BACK TO ME IT TASTED JUST LIKE PICKLES AMD MUSATARD. 2ND BITE IN CUZ IM STARVING AND BURGER WAS RAW. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE AT ALL!!!!!

Friendly staff, nice spot just off the freeway. Unfortunately they got my very simple order wrong. When I returned it in hopes of a new one they legitimately just wiped the mustard and pickles off put it back on the same bun and re served it to me. Burger was raw on the inside. We also ordered nachos with chili and the chips were VERY STALE. Its really a bummer because I was talking it up to my family out of town and was very disappointed. Probably wont be back.

My husband and I just came from here and we were so excited to try this place. Ordered a jaguar burger with sweet potato fries and a hot dog to enjoy at home. The burger was dry and not very much meat, the hot dog bun was burnt as well as the fries. We did get a milkshake that was actually pretty good. Probably won’t be coming back which is a bummer as we like to support local!
