Have been here when visiting Turtle Bay multiple times and the food and service is always amazing! I personally love the Branch House Smash burger and fries! They also have a selection a dirty sodas that are amazing too! Service is always attentive!

Three adults and two children had an enjoyable meal on July 1, 2026. The food overall was really good. The people working there were quite nice and service oriented. It took over 30 minutes to get our order, and we realized it was going to take some patience if we wanted to eat there. A lot of people were waiting and complaining about the wait. Why it takes so long… IDK. I’ve eaten here twice in the past year and it’s been slow each time. There is a great little book and toy area for little kids. We enjoy stopping here, regardless of the slow delivery.

30 dollars for blackened salmon tacos and a kids cheeseburger. The burger was burnt and hard with no condiments, just burnt patty,cheese on a plain bun. The tacos were flavorless. All I tasted was corn tortilla, not even the coleslaw. I dont understand.

I just wanted to share some feedback from our recent visit. We were disappointed that the buffalo wings were served with old-looking carrots and celery (I attached a photo). The service took quite a while, which we understood since it can get busy, but we were hoping the food would at least make up for it.
The salmon tacos didn’t have much flavor and seemed to be missing lime. The smash burger was good, and the mac and cheese was decent, but overall we left not fully satisfied.
Just wanted to let you know in case it helps improve the experience for future guests.
