The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was pretty good, but the veggie fajitas could use more seasoning. The inside area was noisy and the carpets need to be vacuumed. If it was a not warmer, it would have been more enjoyable to eat outside. The outside decor is very charming with lights, awnings, flowers and colorful metal art. The portion size was decent.

Ordered the Camarones a la Diabla
Shrimp was cooked perfectly, wasn’t too chewy or raw. The sauce was super spicy. I love super spicy. I’m a Hot Ones fan.
The cheese rice was an interesting add-on. Kinda reminds me of how they just put cheese all over a burger in Japan. It was a good contrast to the amount of spicy. The coleslaw was felt like a little bit like a Thai dish, sweet and kinda umami flavor. I don’t really have much to say about the Black Beans.
The bartender is super fast. He is definitely a speed cocktail-making machine.
Servers are super friendly and work really hard and the manager is super awesome.
Definitely would go back again.

We celebrated a birthday this evening at Blue Agave. It was a decent experience, but not particularly memorable.
The decor is colorful and the music created a nice atmosphere, though we found ourselves wishing there had been a designated space for dancing—it would have really elevated the vibe. If you’re planning a special occasion, I’d recommend asking for a quieter side area, as that likely would have made the experience feel more intimate.
It would have also been nice if the server had said Happy Birthday.
The margaritas were fine, but nothing standout. Service was good and attentive throughout the evening. As for the food, it was solid but didn’t leave a lasting impression.
All in all, a pleasant spot, but not somewhere that wowed us.

Horrible service. It felt like we were doing them a favor by eating there. Every time we asked for something, the waiter responded rudely with “anything else?” He never refilled our water or asked if we wanted drinks.
Eventually, I had to call him out. After that, he finally did his job.
The food was pretty bad too. I honestly should’ve just gone to Taco Bell

Besides being expensive, this place is great. Food and drinks were excellent. The service was very good and the atmosphere sitting outside in Pleasanton was pleasant. I think their chips taste like Fritos!
