If you want you appliance repaired in a timely manner and have good communication this place is not for you I had a dishwasher dropped off they had it for 3 months to replace a hose I had to call about every week to just see what was going on and the owner is never there no one know anything when you call it is a complete circus I would never recommend this place nor ever will do business with them again

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE bought a fridge from them for my trailer 2 months ago a week ago it started making a loud noise like a garbage disposal and then stopped cooling Mike himself came out and told us he couldn’t fix it until the noise came back he than began to take the back of to check everything and said everything looked perfect and he had one of his new employee put the back to the inside of my freezer back on and it arced (electricity shooting out of live wire) and my husband seen it and was telling him woah that’s whats wrong it’s arcing there is a live wire, and mike then got rude saying no he just hit the light and proceeded to gaslight my husband and said he was just going to leave if my husband didn’t let home “work” my husband told him to leave our house because how are you going to lie about something that serious and then be rude to your customers after he left it arched again when my husband tried to put the backing back on (we have witnesses) and when contacted Mike back he said he will not fix it or give us a different fridge to see him in court and we will!! Rude and scam artists DO NOT BUY FROM THEM HE IS UNBELIEVABLY RUDE!!!!!!! See you in court Mike!
