Giving this review solely for the great staff. Rooms and location were mid but Thwi was amazing and made the stay worth any downsides, amazing hostess. Would come back.

Terrible experience. I checked out after only 3 minutes.

As I do in every hotel, I inspected the bed sheets as soon as I arrived and found an insect in the bed. I immediately went to the front desk, but the receptionist offered no solution whatsoever. The hotel was fully booked, she didn’t apologize, and simply told me that I could get a refund.

Thankfully, I was refunded, but the lack of cleanliness and the complete absence of customer service were shocking. This was a horrible experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

its good for an overnight stay. Bed is comfy. Entrance to it us a bit tricky. Be careful not to miss it or you will end up going back to the freeway. Entrance to the parking is on the side after turning left on the stoplights.

Be forewarned. Based on the reviews, and price we paid (within $10 of $200) for parking ($5), taxes, and room rate, the condition and location disappointed me.

At about 10 pm, I felt disappointed in how a reckless driver sped to our left as I prepared to turn into the parking lot, how a man on a stopped bike appeared to be watching the parking lot, how a tall metal column blocked the driver’s car door from opening fully (I should’ve backed up), and inside, how a transparent shield separated the reception desk from customers. Especially at night, I can imagine that the hotel clerks could greatly appreciate it for security. Despite the tall parking lot fence, I felt unsafe in the area at night.

After checking in, I felt disappointed that no extra blanket was available for our chilly room (an apologetic receptionist could offer only a sheet), and I slept poorly with the heat turned up. In our room, I was disappointed to see an obviously broken lampshade, dust on towel racks and a light switch cover, and an unknown brown gritty looking particle in a crevice on top of something on the bedside table. Thankfully, the sheets and large surfaces looked clean.

I did not take time for photos since I wanted to just leave in the morning. My overall impression was that the room was very well-worn, and I would typically expect to feel more satisfied with lodging at that price.

We chose to stay at this Best Western based on the ratings and proximity to an event. Next time, I would stay elsewhere.

Both the morning and evening staff acted polite and friendly. I appreciated them.

Pretty much a typical Best Western. Roon was neat and clean.
The towels were a bit thin and small, but they changed them daily even though we did not specifically request that.
We requested a quiet room, so they placed us on the backside of the hotel. The room was plenty quiet.
There were a number of minor problems with breakfast. Things such as tea were not restocked for the next day. Coffee ran out too often, there should have been a second carafe. various other items were not replenished in a timely manner.
A previous reviewer said they had to pay for parking, we checked our bill and did not see a parking fee. We were given a parking pass.
The entrance for the hotel is a bit hard to find. You have to drive through a parking lot for a mattress store.
