After finishing at Tamber Bey, we asked the tasting room crew where we should go next, and the recommendation was Bennett Lane, so off we went! We arrived shortly after they must’ve opened, so we had the place to ourselves and were seated outside in the garden for our tasting. Since we had a bit of a drive back to where we were staying, we opted to all 3 split one tasting. The scenery was breathtaking, the wines were smooth, and the environment just plain relaxing. Ezra took excellent care of us, and even allowed us to taste something not on the normal menu, which was fell in love with (White Maximus). We were looking forward to having a private chef-made meal in our Airbnb that night, and Ezra was incredibly helpful in giving us recommendations for the wine to pair with our menu. Absolutely great experience!

If you’re looking for a charming, welcoming winery in Napa Valley, Bennett Lane Winery is hands down one of my absolute favorites. It’s the one I personally have a membership with, and if I could recommend just one winery that delivers amazing value without breaking the bank, this would be it.

From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere feels warm and inviting. The property itself is incredibly cute, with a cozy indoor tasting space that feels intimate and relaxed, as well as a beautiful outdoor area that’s perfect for enjoying a glass of wine on a sunny afternoon. Whether you’re visiting with friends, family, or out on a date, it strikes the perfect balance between laid-back and special.

What truly sets Bennett Lane apart, though, is the staff. They are consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely accommodating even when it’s busy. You never feel rushed, and they take the time to answer questions, make recommendations, and ensure you’re having a great experience. That level of hospitality makes all the difference and keeps me coming back.

And of course, the wine speaks for itself. The wines are smooth, easy to drink, and overall just amazing. Whether you’re a seasoned wine lover or someone newer to tastings, their selections are approachable while still feeling high quality.

Between the great benefits of membership, the friendly service, the inviting setting, and delicious wines, Bennett Lane Winery is truly a local-approved gem. If you’re in the area and want a winery that feels both special and affordable, this is the place to go.
