Found this place just exploring on vacation. It is terrific. Great food, clearly a local favorite based on all the people greeting each other. Nice beer and cider selection. Really a fun alternative to the tourist oriented places

Love this place – a regular with my friend and me. But really sad to suddenly find the few meatless dishes there completely remove pinto beans and instead overloaded with black beans that I don’t like. I gave in since there’s not much else, but the dish was so full of them that I threw most of it away. Hoping for more meatless options in the future so my friends and I can return.

Good vibes, bomb food and good beer. Got the mamas sliders and tortilla soup and was actually blown away. Didn’t have any expectations but def took me by surprise. Coming back here for sure. Friendliest staff too. Makes me proud to be a Californian.

Today’s specials were stupid delicious. While that might be an offensive or rather juvenile phrase, there’s nothing better I can think of to describe my lunch. Beerwood delivers the most excellent and nutritious food. Grateful I live so close to my neighborhood favorite.

My husband and I shared a plate, if you do this its an extra $2 charge. The food here is so clean, delicious, ingredients are put together well. Pastrami slider plate with side miso salad is highly recommended and fed us well. Comes with 3 sliders and a nice size side salad and orange slices with two strawberries all very fresh ingredients.
