Breath-taking view, friendly staff and professional, respectful, helpful staff. Clean environment and well stocked rooms, fitness room, and pool area is clean, well stocked, and peaceful. Great for family get-aways and single or bring your friends environment food is good especially their huge cookies that are super yummy soft and freshly baked everyday. I also enjoy having their tacos and icecream with the cookie crumbles on top fresh from the oven. Always special events happening and never a bad time. I give them a five star as they deserve for their hard work. Never got to play the tables but the slots are fun and smoking are is not that over powering to have to endure. I absolutely adore this place!!!

Upon arriving, we were initially impressed and really wanted to give this place a great review. Unfortunately, the room we were given had a broken toilet. We went down to the front desk to see if they could send maintenance up to fix it. Apparently, they don’t have anyone from maintenance past 10:00. The only options were to send us up to our room with a plunger to plunge the broken toilet ourselves – something that had been broken by the previous guests – or move rooms.

The new room that was available actually had an adjoining door to our own. However, to get access to that room, we would be required to move everything over and return the keys to the broken room. Makes sense, but since the room was adjoining, it was already so late, some of our family was already asleep, cleaning crews were not there to clean up the original, maintenance was not available to fix the broken toilet, it seemed reasonable to ask if we could keep everyone where they were and just use the toilet in the adjoining room. That room was simply unusable at that point. But we were told it was against hotel policy. She needed the other room available in case someone else came in and wanted to stay there, in an unclean room with a broken toilet.

Could be a fluke incident, or it could be a regular occurance, but the customer service to fix the problem room we were given when we arrived was terrible. And I’m not fully blaming the girl working here at the time – she has to follow management rules; it just didn’t make any sense.
