Placed on online order for a cake to be picked up 48+ hrs in advance. We arrived 5 hours later than what was scheduled and the cake decorator was just starting to decorate it. Nobody called me to warn me. They only offered a $10 discount after I asked for reimbursement.

I absolutely adore the staff who work here, they literally are the most friendliest, kind, and just good people to be around ❤️

The renovations they have made under the new ownership looks great! It’s a lot more cleaner and inviting. Would recommend

This was one of my kids favorite places when we spent our three years in Ukiah. They knew it was a place for special treats and relished every minute of goodness. Great selection, location and crack staff. Ice cream is to die for.
