Everything was so fresh and seasoned perfectly. All of the produce was in season and perfectly ripe. The service was impeccable, our server Robert and his assistant Sonom took excellent care of us. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.

I had been looking forward to trying AYA, and it absolutely delivered. The restaurant has an energetic vibe with incredible rooftop views that make it a destination on its own. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy great conversation, and take your time over dinner.
What impressed me most was how involved Chef Roy was with the guests. He took the time to visit our table, answer questions, and make everyone feel genuinely welcome. That level of hospitality isn’t something you find very often and really set the evening apart.
The menu offers a great variety, and every dish we ordered was executed beautifully. The lumpia was a standout with its perfectly crisp texture, the seafood was fresh, and the steak was cooked exactly as requested. The biggest surprise of the night, however, was the halo-halo dessert. It was colorful, refreshing, and unlike anything I’ve had before—a perfect ending that wasn’t overly sweet or heavy.
AYA isn’t just another casino restaurant. Between the quality of the food, the attention from Chef Roy and his team, and the incredible setting, it’s an experience worth making the trip for. I’ll definitely be recommending it to friends and look forward to my next visit.

All I have to say is do yourself a favor and try this new high-end Aya rooftop restaurant at the Graton Resort everything from the ambience to the freshest most delectable food you’ve ever had to the service from beginning to end everything we tasted was unbelievable farmed fresh from their own farm, we had the oysters freshest I’ve ever tasted moved onto the farm fresh salad that they got from their farm to the glaze carrots the asparagus, and the ribeye steak finishing off with a lemon cheesecake tart I haven’t had a good meal like this in a very long time. This place was absolutely amazing. The service the food the ambience. It’s my new favorite place. Do yourself a favor. You have to go try this place. It’s the best. Don’t forget to make a reservation. They do get packed. The patios was so beautiful too with fire pits for cocktails that you can have out on the rooftop enjoy cheers! Thumbs up 100 percent the best! The staff and our server Richie made our evening so attentive and friendly! They did a fantastic job! Loved it!!!
