Speaking for myself, Five Stars doesn’t really do justice…
Can vouch for the sales person Julia, who also handles their finance department . In short, she knows her stuff. She is Incredibly patient, and will give you an honest answer to any question you throw at her. On second thought, she is Unbelievably Patient.
In addition, Dan…is a great do-everything Sales/Mechanic/ Answer-Man as well. Totally recommend to friends and family to check out Auto West, when looking for a used vehicle. They both treat you as a human, not as a sale. Another bonus, is they do not rush you. The rare complete eye-contact when you speak to them.

Just went a got a car for an amazing deal, the sales workers were very attentive and respectful. Understood my preferences and my price range and helped me stick with it. Quick and easy process. I would recommend coming here if you want a reliable car and a good experience

I recently got my first car here. Julia helped us and she was amazing every step of the way. Not only did she have our best interest at heart, she was also so down to earth and easy to talk to. I didn’t feel like a number or like she was just trying to sell us things. She advocated for us and made the whole process as easy as possible. My whole family and I felt very appreciated and treated well. I love my car so much. It’s absolutely perfect and everything I wanted. My boyfriend was worried about there being a potential issue and the owner gave us a three month guarantee to be able to bring it back no hassle.

I had a great experience with Auto West. My experience seemed professional and very transparent. Julia was able to get me the best deal possible for someone in my shoes. They sold me a beautiful truck and I would highly recommend them. Not only are they a good business, but they seem like really good people.
