Our third time to Aracely. Really love the atmosphere. The food is good. The service is poor. We had poor service the second time we came, but wanted to give it another try. I had to go up to the bar and ask when a waiter would be coming to our table. We had been sitting for at least 15 minutes. Took another 15 minutes to get a beverage. There was only our table of 4, a table of 2 and a table of approx. 8 in the restaurant. Brought bottle of wine for the 4 of us. Only 3 of us were drinking wine.Forgot my husband’s beer. Food came out timely. My friend asked for another glass of wine and he forgot that and had to be asked again. When we got our bill he had added another tables food onto our bill. There are too many restaurants to choose from to go back.
Was able to find this gem Just walking downtown it is the cutest spot. The service was amazing. Ismael had a smile and so much knowledge about the food whatever you recommended we got and everything was 10 out of 10 the lemon pancakes I could have 10 of them so amazing.
The cocktails are pretty good, tasty and well prepared. The interior is modern and elegant, and the seating area is comfortable. The waitress is friendly, but they made some errors on the bill, and I am glad they fixed in the end.
The atmosphere is nice and pretty. There’s a large back patio but there’s no air conditioning even though it’s a hot summer day.
The food looks nice but it was bland. Can’t really eat it without hot sauce. The duck mixed grain bowl had totally dry and blasted duck pieces. Just change the protein if you don’t know how to cook it.
The service was bad. The host looked lost and gave us too many drink menus and not enough food menus. No one knew whether our order was taken. We had to get our own drinks from the bar because we were tired of watching the ice melt while sitting on the counter. One server asked the bar tender if the red wine was the rose (wow!). There was no manager in sight so maybe no one is being trained or organized.
I may try to come again to see if it improves but I don’t know. Seems like time may be better spent going to known and reliable restaurants nearby.
