Fantastic taco plate & just great vibes! We sat on the patio, our waiter was such a nice funny guy. Will definitely be returning!

The quote below is exactly right. Almost $20 for the Supreme burrito and it was mostly rice. We ordered at the front table table and were told it would be about five minutes. We waited at the table and 15 minutes later asked if they forgot about us and they had put the bag at the back counter while we were sitting in front the whole time. Bad service, lousy, over-priced food. This was such a great Los Gatos insitution for decades. So sad.
“The burrito I ordered was half the size of what they used to be. Even worse, the “Supreme” burrito that I paid $2 extra for came with only pea-sized portions of guacamole and sour cream. In the past, a Supreme burrito always meant a generous amount of both.”

I came here after lunch time and got the mole enchiladas and agave in love cocktail. I’ve never had mole enchiladas, so I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. It was really good and filling! The cocktail was also lovely and didn’t have that alcohol taste, which I like, so it tasted very easy to drink—almost like a refined juice lol. The patio had the best atmosphere. You have to sit in the back patio when coming here. I would come back again to try their other menu options.

This review is mostly about community relations. From their website: LOS GATOS IS HOME TOO! Viva Los Gatos, California. Being an active part of the fabric of the community is important. Our Los Gatos neighbors have been with us since day one. Well, I’m part of their community as I work 2 doors down. Today I stepped outside to eat my leftover lunch. All the community tables outside the coffee shop were taken. As there was nobody sitting ouside Andale (and few people inside), I sat quietly at one of their tables. There was a “reserved” sign, but I wasn’t bothering anyone so I sat down. Shortly after, the manager came over and yelled at me–loudly–to say I cannot sit there and I had to move. Although I calmly explained that I worked next door, and that the other community tables were taken, he continued to yell at me and said that I could not treat this table as my own. OK, I get that all the empty tables belong to the restaurant but the manager’s (owner’s?) tone was totally uncalled for. He could have politely asked me to move, or said not to use their space again, but I was shocked by his anger and hostility. Coincidentaly, when I left work, two of my friends were having dinner, saw me, and invited me for a drink. I asked to meet the manager to discuss my earlier situation and he became defensive as my friends experienced. I will not give Andale my business, nor will my two friends, nor the staff I work with. I don’t recommend Andale to anyone. So much for community.

Cute indoor and two outdoor seating areas, clean and beautiful restroom, yummy food, good selection of food.
Cons: restaurant started accepting customers 10 minutes later than opening time; while 3-4 groups were waiting server was still opening the seating area.
