THIS PLACE IS FABULOUS!
My best friend and I, both of whom live on the East coast of the USA, attempt to visit Sonoma County annually. We have some “staple” wineries that we like to visit, and also try to find new places. We are both fans of bubbles and much prefer small, independent wineries. We found Amista online and decided to book a bubbles tasting. We have a third friend who lives in Northern California, and joins us for some of our tastings. Despite saying she didn’t want to do this one with us, she popped in at the last minute. Kerri, our FABULOUS host, accommodated her without any issue at all.
Not only is the wine here amazing (sparking and still), the vineyard is absolutely lovely. Kerri, our host, is incredibly knowledgeable, and having been with the winery for 7+ years, has many stories on the owners and the history. This winery was built as a passion project by husband and wife, Mike and Vicki. Sadly, Mike passed a few years ago, yet Vicky, and the team continue honoring his legacy. I’m not going to share all of the secrets here. What I will say is that these people are the kind of people with whom I want to associate . . . passionate, smart, fun, kind, committed, the list of positive adjectives is extensive.
My friend and I were/are both so enamored by this incredible boutique vineyard, and are now proud members of the wine club. Despite living across the country, I said twice, while visiting this vineyard, that I would come back for special events here, and I will.

A very lovely vineyard, especially if you enjoy sparkling wines. No pressure service, plenty of information and answered all our questions. Our teenagers were able to hang out while we enjoyed a flight and a glass of wine. Beautiful setting to enjoy the vineyard. Loved it!

Went here for a mother’s day’s event, and what a great experience we had. The wine was amazing, the charcuterie board was flavorful, and they allowed children there. Highly recommend for anyone that wants a great tasting experience with very good ambiance and service.

Lovely spot, with delightful wines, wonderful views, and gracious staff. Looking forward to our next visit already. I had the sparkling flight and every wine was unique and delicious. Thank you to our host Toni for making us feel relaxed and welcome.

Courtney was a great host! She took wonderful care of us and our tastings were great as well. The chardonnays are amazing! Definitely recommend stopping by!
