They rescheduled the install 3 times . When they finally showed up the installer was extremely rude and unprofessional. 3 days after installing new ac unit .. I noticed my whole attic was flooded . They installed the emergency drip pan incorrectly and never cleared the condensation drain pipe . They caused over $150k in damages . The owner Seb promised he would make it right and he won’t respond to Texts and forwards my text to his insurance . My home now has visible mold and lots of water damage , it’s unlivable .I would highly recommend not using this company . They will lie and do sloppy work. . They do not take pride in their work whatsoever . They’ll send ex convicts with attitudes to do the install improperly . Then breach contracts to fix it. Tell your insurance to hurry up with the settlement check Sebby !

New Year’s Day we woke up to no heat!
Called around on January 2nd to help get my furnace working. I was told by a competitor that it would take them 5-6 days to get the part which meant 5-6 days with no heat (with family visiting from around the globe and 8 children of my own!)
Taylor at AC & R was extremely responsive to my needs. Had me send her some pictures of my furnace make & model number, she was able to find the parts at their facility.
Jeshua arrives shortly after, very kind and respectful. Has the heater running in no time!
I will definitely be calling this crew again if when I need some help!
