Came for the beer, stayed for the chicken. The spice is nice! Thought we could handle Spice Level 5 but we were mistaken. We did learn that no matter how much Ranch dressing you drink, the heat, tears, and sweat just don’t quit. So we ordered more beer – I see what they’re doing here. We’ve been back a couple times already. Spice Level 3 is our new safety phrase.
I really wanted to like this place because the person who greeted us and took our order was super friendly. However I cannot overlook the food. First of all, the fries were amazing. Now for the meat of the review. I got a chicken sandwich that seemed to be a chicken cutlet that had been sliced in half and then pounded thin and cut in quarters and then breaded with a hard coating. There was almost no identifiable chicken in the sandwich. The chicken bites were of a similar nature. They were more like chicken jerky than actual fried chicken. In fact, it was so dried out. It may have been pterradatical. I was visiting from the south, so I know a thing or 2 about good fried chicken and this was not. The pickle slaw was different but the taste must be an acquired one and I definitely did not acquire it. Once again, let me stress how nice the person at the bar was.

We came here twice. We loved the bartender, food and drinks. This drink is called “So High”, the foam is like dessert
