Dr. Whelan is amazing! She is wonderful at answering questions but also making you feel comfortable to ask questions in the first place. Growing up in big family low income apartments with medi-cal the options were limited. I never liked going to the doctors, even if it was not very often it was still something to dread. It was not until after I had my first appointment with Dr. Whelan over 15 years ago that I would be happy at doctors appointment. She made me feel comfortable and I continued to see her until I was too old to be seen by her. I am thankful she is a part of our community! She has been my son’s pediatrician for 8 years now and he loves her ! I hope
She never leaves again!!
