The store manager was remarkably rude and did not honor the appointment that Verizon had set up by email to trouble my phone. When I asked why he didn’t check to verify my appointment he asked me to leave the store. I reported this to Verizon (who set the appointment up) and they apologized and explained that although the store did indeed represent Verizon they are not a “corporate store” and staff are under private management. Wow buyer beware…..

Logan and his co-worker whose name I don’t recall, were amazingly helpful and efficient. I came in to change my carrier to Verizon and they immediately suggested mobile wifi for my business, something I had no idea was possible. If this works it really will be a game changer for my business.

Jose and Logan are always so amazingly helpful and kind. Be prepared to sometimes have to wait a bit, it’s the only Verizon store on the Mendocino coast. But, the guys there are so knowledgable and happy to do everything they can to help you with your cell phone and Verizon needs. We are seriously so lucky to have them in our community!
